Raising Hedonist

Hello, people.

I was wondering what I should do to raise Hedonist above 11. Most actions seem to raise it not above 9 (and sometimes the maximum is lower) and I don’t know what route/what story I should pick to go above that.
(Does selling your soul to a devil hinder you in any way?)

selling your soul to door to door devils gives a substantial boost to hedonist that goes above 10 actually
