Ah, right you are, missed that somehow. I was rather planning on getting him anyway.
Anyone checked on Commissioner after rescuing/recuperating Furnace?
Or submerged throne-room?

I’ve checked the Commissioner, I was expecting something from the Cedar-seed. Nothing. Haven’t checked the throne room.
Anyone has business in Evenlode? I can check the throne-room myself, but currently busy with healing in Parabola.
EDIT
Tried, nothing new.

As of now, investigating the Clay Highwayman with its railway-card seems to cap progress at 4.
Options for the next station are visible. It’s named “Moulin,” located in a former battleground against Hell, and is targeted to release in January of next year.
I guess we get a bit of rest now! I’m quite content with taking a bit of a break after Burrow-Infra-Mump, to get some more scrip & steel. I think it’s an appropriate capstone to the wealth of new content we’ve gotten over the past 6+ months. And technically, the end reward for the Railway right now is a turnip? I love that little thing.
Wikipedia tells me that Moulin is the name of over a dozen places in France, and one village in Scotland. Which has a castle that burned down a few hundred years ago because of the plague. Sounds like a good place for a railroad station.
It’s because we’re almost at Sacksmas! The happiest time of year!
“Moulin” is French for “mill”. It makes sense that a lot of places would have that name, since water-powered mills located on rivers were common in medieval Europe.
In real world terms the railway has got as far a Somerset. I was looking at places in Devon with mill connotations but didn’t come up with anything. Mind you, I only looked for about a minute.
Hey, hang on a second. Are Failbetter implying that Hell is in the West Country? Bloody cheek! If it’s anywhere it’s in London itself. :)
These mills - they wouldn’t happen to be dark and Satanic, would they? Being in the Neath, and on Hell’s doorstep?
You can make Cornelius the leader again? Is that a bug? I mean, I’m past this point in the story, but the option appeared again.
You can now flip between cornelius and furnace ad you wish.

So, next is Hurlers, I guess, about a month or two later.
Do we know anything about the last station, the one after it?
Looks like they loosened up the requirements for bringing the Drummer onto the board. If you have a different dedication, instead of being locked out entirely, it just costs you a False Hagiotoponym.

So apparently The Hurlers are real stone circles that actually exist in England.
Furnace, and especially the Hell-Scarred Gondolier, have made some comments about the Hurlers. I believe both of them have mentioned goat-demons. The Gondolier cautioned against counting the stones (“lest you be counted in turn”), which seems to relate to the real thing. He also mentioned a castle built under the ice.
All things considered, I expect an encounter with the Discordance.
Hmm.
Don’t think I can get a heptagoat before the Hurlers… unless I sell my cider, which I don’t want to do.
Maybe if I sell all my other expensive items…
You suspect you’ll be needing one?
Well, since PSGarak said that some characters have mentioned goat-demons in the context of the Hurlers, then there might be some special options if you’ve got the advanced goat-demons. It would be neat.
