Question: What are the Kickstarter islands/ports?

Hey, so I was reading over the SS Kickstarter a few days back and noticed that the top award which was claimed by three people was that you’d get to design your own port and narrative for it.

I was wondering, what are the three ports that then got designed by Kickstarter backers, hoping someone may know!
