PoSI specializations don't require PoSI

I just checked, and the Shattering Force at least does not require PoSI. What’s going on here? What happens if you specialize before PoSI?

Specializing doesn’t strictly require POSI, but it does require Notability, which requires POSI to attain.

I believe one player managed to skip straight to Tier 2 POSI by using Weddings to obtain Notability.

But yes, the normal case Notabiltiy means that being POSI is a transitive requirement.

What I was saying was, whoever did that is a crazy person. 200 in a stat without PoSI?

As one who had raised Watchful back to cap after blackening their mind, mostly by weaselling in the Sunken Embassy, I can say - that’s hard indeed, but maybe not as crazy as you think. Without the Weasel of Woe it was much slower, of course, but still doable.
