That limit was set for performance reasons. Too many contacts and social actions might timeout while loading. So this is really asking for unknown (and potentially impossible) optimalizations.

Are these branches to get rid of them entirely, or to loan them out like the various other transports/comforts/etc?
I don’t know the answer, but all of those creatures were already easy to get rid of entirely. Adding an option to get rid of the card but not the creature makes much more sense.
The stallion is loaned to Mr. Spices, the rest are sold permanently.
More worthwhile than the 35 echoes you would get from the Bazaar?
My toad got me 1 Vital Intelligence and a bunch of compromising documents. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to write down exact amounts or cash value, so don’t know which is more.
But I do know that now it is trivial to get VI in end-game.
Won’t sell it’s comrades in birth unless asked really nicely, since I need them both and it’s a pain the ass to get them back.

- You’ve lost 1 x Slavering Dream-Hound (new total 0).[/li][li]You’ve gained 50 x Memory of Light (new total 739).[/li][li]You’ve gained 1 x Justificande Coin (new total 22).
or 25e + a coin (don’t know how to value that)
- You’ve lost 1 x Corresponding Ocelot (new total 0).[/li][li]You’ve gained 50 x Correspondence Plaque (new total 397).[/li][li]You’ve gained 1 x Volume of Collated Research (new total 294).
or 27.5e.
Bad deals all round it seems.

Aaaaand Laboratory grind nerfed. 28 research per action on 10 Red Science for Theorem. People reported 31/11 Kataleptic Toxicology for Attar. There is some effect, but less linear, it seems
For AoRS looks like 8 + 2xLevel. A very serious nerf. Is it mentioned in the patch notes anywhere?..

Sigh. Every time I find a good grind to sink actions in I buy a subscription. Every time they nerf that grind I cancel my subscription because finding something worthwhile to spend 30 actions on is too tedious.

Must be quite recent, I was at 44/action (AoRS 11) a few hours ago, down to 31 right now…
So, 3xL-2 ?

Patch notes are published every friday, so in next batch.

There’s already a discussion on wiki. Slightly more complex formula that incorporates diminishing returns, not a simple linear equation.

Good day to everyone.
I just came here to say it would be great to have an option to grind Surveys of Neath’s Bones in bulk.
I mean, a single Experiment in your lab gives 25 Surveys. Now, this is quite enough if all you want is to use options on cards (though this is only true for cards driven in London; the Ealing Gardens one demands 15 Surveys each time). You need about a hundred or maybe two for an expedition to Bullbone if you want to return with a full bag of Horned Skulls. You need 50 or 75 or 150 or 175 to sponsor a palaeontological dig.
This means that every time you want to do something worthwile, you need to do that experiment for at least two times, and probably more.
It would be nice to have a lengthier experiment that would produce, say, 100 Surveys a time. Maybe even more, they are constantly needed anyway. It would not affect the balance much, and where it does (those two extra actions to start and finish the experiment), it can easily be compensated by adjusting the amount of research needed accordingly. It would just make the process less irritating.
Thank you. I hope you consider it.
