The quality is named “Paramount Presence of the Ancient Regime.”
nvm, found it, thanks!

EDIT: In truth, my help was not needed.

I had to keep by rear on a grinder till there was none left and forgo treasured marrow for wealth (halfway to the last one - velvet), but on Wednesday I ascended to my rightful position at the pinnacle of London’s society.
They should name a street after me. Perhaps the one closest to my statue.
It’s under “Stories” on the Myself tab. Try using the search to look for “Ancient”.
Today we’ve made some adjustments to the way Paramount Presence works, which will allow us to remove the current overcapping system and introduce new ways to raise the caps on the main stats.

We’ve turned off the old way to overcap Watchful, and introduced a new Watchful level cap raising track, which introduces a series of opportunities in your University Lab to get to 212 Watchful.

The other level cap tracks will follow, and with the introduction of each, the old method of overcapping will be removed. We’ll let you know as we release them!

To reach Paramount Presence, it’s no longer necessary to grind Notability to 15. You still have to reach 12 Notability to change your Person of Some Importance specialisation. Bizarre, Dreaded, and Respectable items will still assist in gaining Notability, but we are also introducing new uses for those qualities that will give them more varied applications in the game.

All of the benefits for Paramount Presences are retained, and most of the content which allows you to get to Paramount Presence is the same, but the grind elements are becoming more varied.

If you were a Paramount Presence when the changes were made and haven’t manually claimed the quality Paramount Presence of the Ancient Regime, we’ve granted it to you so you don’t miss out.
So i’ll never be able to get all my stats back to 215 (all are currently at 214 because of a misclick into the nadir)?
I’m assuming further overcapping opportunites beyond 212 are planned in future content. Although, while it seems natural, and would be unusual for the stat cap to be suddenly lowered in an attempt to make overcapping “easier”, I don’t think this has ever been explicitly stated. Could we get an official confirmation on this?
Yup, this is step one: next we switch the rest of the stats to the new system, and then look to higher stat caps. Exciting!
I’m still a bit confused how PP works now. Do you just need to get the Person of Some Importance specialization get London’s Blood et cetera. Do that four times and you get Paramount Presence. Or is there an extra step involved? So basically do overcapped stats matter for Paramount Presence at all right now

I also wonder, is the new possibility in the Lab one-use or repeatable? Can I choose one branch now and another later, or should I postpone contacting the Dean until I get enough Records of a Forgery to reach full third of Lab Prestige to unlock the forgery-related option?
And what if my Watchful is already 215? Is it safe to progress with the conversation?

Apparently, yes. Just did exactly that.
You can only select one branch, and can’t revisit the conversation. As far as I can infer, the only material difference is a quirk boost.
If your Watchful is already 215 that gives you a head-start on the next conversation.

Hmm, I’m an invisible eminence but with no overcap (shadowy 200) and I don’t see the option for London’s Marrow in Unfinished Business in Spite, so perhaps there’s something new involved?

I’m assuming this will only adjust the cap, so it shouldn’t lower your current level.
I’m also confused about how PP is supposed to work now though. Previously Notability 15 was required to overcap to 215, which then unlocked the option to gain one of the required qualities. In the original post it says just the method for overcapping would change, but it is now impossible to get to 215 so something else has to have changed as well.
Is the new requirement 212? What about the other stats that weren’t converted yet? Is no longer requiring Nota 15 just for Watchful currently, or is the overcapping requirement just completely removed? More varied grind sounds like the new overcapping method would be involved, but on the other hand saying Nota 15 is no longer necessary for PP while 3 out of 4 stats don’t have the new overcapping method yet sounds like you don’t need stats at all.

I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not, but the option on the unsigned message card for Paramount Presence still raises Watchful.
Not a bug. I expect it to stay around until the means to raise caps to 215 have been implemented.

Nope, not repeatable. The requirements make use of the new "Watchful Gains" quality, and the requirements require exact numbers. Doing the research projects at the lab changes the numbers of the Watchful Gains quality.
So will the options for getting your other Stats to 212 be found at the relevant Making Your Name locations?
Since you go to the Uni to finish A Name In Seven Secret Alphabets, I figure It might be the same for the other 3.
Thank goodness. Notability is very hard for me to get, because it more complicated then just sitting down and grinding.
I assume that more very high level areas like the lab will be introduced soon to raise the other level caps, since you raise your watchful level cap in the lab.
