I ventured once more to the kitten mines, trusty pickaxe in hand, and looking for a rich seam of kittens. The mewing was loud, the claws were sharp, the dander was making me sneeze.
Working with desperate haste, I hewed as many as I could from the workface, and gathered up my prize.
I looked on the face of adorableness, and the adorableness looked back into me. "Who’s a pretty kitty, then?" I whispered.
It was too loud. As one, the Kittens turned their attention to me. Reader, I ran.
So, uh, what I’m trying to say is, KyraHighwind now has a kitten.

The postal service also has a kitten, as I sent one to the wrong person due to a really annoying UI. Turns out that when you put a kitten in the post, and then cancel the action, you don’t get the kitten back.
Sigh - back to the kitten mines for me.
All I ever wanted was a cute little kitten to ease the pain of loneliness. It would make me so so happy if someone could help me out!
