If I’m not mistaken, you’re going to need an Ubergoat, a Watchful destiny, a Watchful profession, and a Watchful mood to get the 300 Watchful necessary for SoTC 21. With only an Overgoat and a mood, the highest you can get might be 19.

No watchful destiny, unfortunately, but by my calculations I can get to Watchful 300, without an Ubergoat, by switching from Midnighter to either a Correspondent or a Monster-Hunter.

  • Right now, with the Overgoat, I have Watchful 262.[/li][li]The mood should increase it to 284 (+30 instead of the current +8 Hat, if I understand correctly how moods work).[/li][li]Switching professions will give me a +12 Watchful weapon (instead of the current +8, so an increase of 4), but at the expense of the +3 Home Comfort (downgrading to +1 Watchful Home Comfort, so a decrease of 2). So this should bring my total Watchful to 286.[/li][li]Cashing in 14 Notability would then bring me to Watchful 300.

That’s the (incredibly expensive and exhausting) plan.

But you have a Watchful destiny. My max is 284 (with a mood). If I were to get an Ubergoat (294) then switch profession for a +12 Watchful weapon (298) I believe I would still be two points too low. Am I missing something?

Shadowhand - I don’t think you are missing anything - if you don’t have a watchful destiny and/or an Extraordinary Mind I don’t see any way to get SOTC to 21. We’ll just have to wait for the stat cap to be raised or for new stat boosting equipment.

I actually came to say that I now have my Overgoat. Not named yet but it is sitting on my mantlepiece.[li]
