my «on the trail» is 7. why didn’t it reset when i was completing the first steps of making my name? i’m far ahead of all this stuff now, on the precondition to forgotten quarter expeditions. how do i get rid of it? none of storylets associated with this quality on the wiki are accessible to me. this thing is quite annoying to me for some reason…
According to the wiki, this is perfectly normal. When you close the case of the Honey-Addled Detective, “Engaged in a Case” is reset, but “On the Trail” isn’t. Probably just an oversight - or maybe an intended lock, so players can’t start the same case again.
I’m sure this isn’t the only leftover quality you’ll find on your Myself page. You’ll just have to live with that…
