Certainly. In you lodgings there should be Find a way to deal with your Nightmares -> Invite a friend over to Confess your Fears. If you want to send about 3 of those requests my way I can accept those, which should reduce your nightmares significantly.
So… My nightmares are 8 right now, the only thing between me and insanity is my pretty goldfish…
