I doubt we’d be able to get them all on a single shirt with the preferred printing methods we use, but I’m sure some of them would work. I’d be keen to, at least; I love these designs!
You’re right, they would all look good on t-shirts, but I think particularly the Chariot, the Hermit, the Boatman, the Star, Judgement and the World.
THE SUN would have to be an all-over-printed shirt (front and back), so it would look as if the Dawn Machine was taking over your body 
Who are the Lovers and the Hanged Man? I can’t quite tell.
The Lovers are the Philosophically Perfect Partnership, one of the Spouse options. The Hanged Man is Tatterdemalion from Firmament.
I was and still am wondering about Temperance. She doesn’t quite look like our dear Temperance Campaigner (though maybe a younger version of her?)
Judging by the tiara, Temperance might be the Captivating Princess.
