Nope. these are one off flings with a debatably hateship couple. Either member, or both together. The latter, though, is rather more effort.
Can I romance them multiple times? I’d like to explore the different endings with each and both of them but I wanted to check here before I accidentally lock myself out.

Yes. You need to sell your Memento of Passion (click on it under Curiosities in your inventory to do so) and then you can repeat the romancing.
