Question - if you have more <Can’t Discard> cards than a lodging allows in your hand and you switch to it (like having 4 in hand and switching to a 3-card lodging), what happens?
The left-most card stays in the array, but you can only see and access the reduced number. As soon as one of those goes away, it’s automatically shifted to your visible hand…
