Yes. There’s a specific storylet at Watchmaker’s Hill that lets you do that. Look for the blue box storylet about the Gamekeeper’s Cottage Then choose the storylet “Visit the Gamekeeper’s Cottage” (which doesn’t cost an action). From there, choose the blue box storylet labeled “Knife-and-Candle–The Underground Leagues” and from there you can choose a storylet that will let you withdraw from the game.

user not found could be that they are not in the Fifth City, I think, or they haven’t given their Storynexus name.
invitations either not in the Fifth City or someone else has already invited them. If they appear on the list of people who can be attacked then someone else has already added them, if not you will just have to wait until they return to London.
