I certainly have an appreciation for the finer things in life (namely wax), so I was hoping to procure an invite to a society related to that appreciation.
Username should be the same for both the forums and the game if anyone would be so kind as to allow me to share in this great culture.
I’m not sure how the etiquette works here but - who do I have to be very nice to to get invited to ‘Underground Knife and Candle’, and what is the procedure? :) I am ‘Dr Omnium Dimensionalis’ on Fallen London, and I am happy to reciprocate with help, perhaps I can reduce your menaces, etc.? edited by Erikpan on 4/12/2013
Whats this, a society dedicated to wax and i haven’t been told of it until now, i would most humbly request an invitation to such a esteemed gathering of great minds.
It’s pretty simple - once you have your token collection built up you’re required by the rules of etiquette to offer yourself up as a sacrificial murder victim to at least 3 other players.
What’s this, what’s this? An entire society which regards the noble substance of wax with the awe and appreciation it so sorely deserves? Oho! I most humbly request admittance to this hallowed organisation. I will, of course, gladly undergo the traditional loyalty rite! I believe it involves allowing a number of fellow wax-fanciers to tap me gently with some item of cutlery (a spoon, was it?).
I most certainly would want nothing to do with this madness. Even if I did, no one should invite me to join in, and I would certainly not be grateful if someone were to send an invite to me.
I arrived to simply to state that I have yet to receive notice of any game involving wax and cutlery. I am certain there is no underground league of this all-too-proper sport, and if there was, nobody has yet invited http://fallenlondon.storynexus.com/Profile/Xenonia to join. Hmph.
