I’ve had some difficulty locating sources for these on characters who are

a) Not a member of Sophia’s
b) Not a member of the Clay Tailor
c) Have not reached the Hurlers yet.

Are there any other repeatable sources people know of? Currently my railroad is up to Station VIII.

Returning the Honey-Mazed Bear to the urchin in Ealing Gardens gives you 50 per return. It’s not super-fast, but at least it’s convenient if you’re grinding Defender of the Public Safety as well.
