The Mithridacy challenge started at 70% for a Mithridacy of 7. Adding each Skeleton: Leg appears to raise the difficulty.
The gameplay instructions don’t seem to mention this.

Yes, I have noticed this as well. I haven’t tested whether it actually gets harder with fins as it says, but legs do seem to increase the difficulty.
Thank you for bringing this up. I’ve had my Mithridacy challenges ramp up a lot when applying Humeri to skeletons, and this is the only explanation why that I’ve ever seen. I’ll have to remember this for future skeletons.
Alright, I have received a response from James of Failbetter some time ago (thanks, James), and I have gotten around to check the correction that has been applied. I have updated the wiki page to reflect this correction.
To describe it briefly, using any limb part other than Knotted Humerus makes the Mithridacy challenge harder. So you either install the Knotted Humeri first, or have all limbs being those and have a rubbery primate.

Caveat: This has nothing to do with the substance of your question. How were you able to insert the screenshot in your post? I’ve been trying all of the buttons "Hyperlink," "Insert image," "HTML", and nothing works. I just get the "broken link" picture.

I drag and drop an image into the UI. It works with Mozilla Firefox.
By the way, when there are no Skeleton: Legs or Skeleton: Arms, the gameplay instructions remain the old one. Getting those qualities at any level will reveal the corrected text.
