why, congrats, friend! don’t know what’s the old-new dreams you speak of, but if your willing to reach level 100 on a dream to experience them again then they most be pretty great!

Fire Sermon and Burial of the Dead have additional stories which were introduced few years ago. Only Thunder dream had such an annex. All these extensions require you to reset your dream qualities, but because I already had high numbers, I delayed them until I got this!
