A location only accessible when you are in the Forgotten Quarters with a few handy options. Permanent access is no longer obtainable as it is a reward from a kickstarter several years ago, but you can get an one-time entry pass from other players.

Sent you an invitation anyway, but you won’t be able to access it so soon. Save it for later.
