Without delving too deeply into spoilers, the Temple Club is a place where those who would chart the course of Empire meet amidst the ruins of the previous city that fell to the Bazaar’s machinations. It is a place where people plot for the future, while surrounded by the bones of the past.
In terms of mechanics, invited guests can enter once per invitation. I would recommend such guests to bring along a healthy supply of jade, as well as some relics of the fourth city, and possibly some nightmares, if they wish to explore the short (yet interesting) storylines within. It also offers some opportunities to exchange items for other items or connections, but these are of far more limited interest.
I believe I may have issued a request her a while back, but never received an invite…any left to spare?
I find myself in the same spot. I’d gladly welcome an invitation.
