To my knowledge we don’t know any specifics about who that 3rd angle is, although I haven’t played Sunless Skies so maybe there’s info in there or in an ES or later plot line I haven’t played yet.

It is hinted at in the side blurbs on the Correspondence but it’s confirmed (at least the first place it was confirmed in my playthrough) in Cricket, Anyone?, so my deepest apologies!!!
Finally showed up for me today! Which is also tth for me so not sure if I just somehow clicked the relevant advent item really late or if its somehow related to that
