How do I do the box carousel? I have 200 in 2 stats on one account and "A Boxful of Intrigue 7" and I have no idea where to go next. I searched left and right, low and high. I also read the guide on the wiki.
Could someone help me?

IIRC something similar happened to me. I seem to recall Mahogany Hall being the place where you can find it again.
The A Boxful of Intrigue Carousel can be found in Spite. The storylet you are looking for is either A Night of Desperate Ambushes or Encryption of a Sort… both found at Spite.
