How to breed parabolean kittens?

One of you kindly gifted me a parobolean kitten and I’d like to be able to do the same for others. The panther guide doesn’t explain how breed your panther. Can anyone provide instructions?Thank you!

The first line of the guide tells you:

Note: Growing a Parabolan Kitten into a Parabolan Panther is Fate-locked.

So, you pay the Fate and then follow the cards.

Once you have a full grown Panther you use certain Faction cards, which is shown on the guide.
