Could someone explain what this is? I can’t find anything in either the documentation or the forum.

It’s buried deep inside the documentation in fact, but it just says:

Available at Bazaar, Himble level, Prevent Naming
These features aren’t in use except in Fallen London, and may later be removed.

Or to put it another way: “move along now, nothing to see here”.

I’ve always been curious about what it does in FL, though.
