Best way to grind Hell’s Favours? I have to high a renown in Hell to get them at the carnival.
At least at present, you’ll have to wait for cards. The faction card, the faction pet card (if you have it), and the A Polite Invitation card (you can get 3 Hell favours per party with two draws of The Brass Ambassador card from the in-party deck, as long as you have some Broken Giant).

One of the Railway cards allows you to sell not-that-hard of identity for 2 hells favours. You need to have Cabinet Noir in Balmoral for that, though.
But you ll also need Ties/Basaar for that which costs 1 fav Society, so that is rather a conversion of 1 soc favour > 2 hell
