As the title says, how do I acquire the Dreamer’s Advice? I currently have the Boatman’s, and I need the Dreamer’s Advice to compile all advice I’ve gotten so far.
Is there anywhere I can get it before I proceed with the Manager of the Bethlehem Hotel’s storylet? Beating his "Dangerous" card, that is.

I have not. I was wondering if I would have to beat him first, but I wasn’t sure. Wiki said nothing, and I don’t wanna miss out on an Advice.
You have to beat him first (and a few other things). You’ll see the option at one point.
