I’ve noticed in a few games they seem to have the logo for the game in the top left corner. Is this something that is customizable and if so, how?

This is a special privilege which FBG have given out in the past for winning a competition, or having a close connection with them, or generally just catching their eye.

So, in short, no - not in the general case. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Although you can insert pictures on your title pages. You just need to host the picture publicly somewhere like dropbox.
