Eli: Flesh! How can you ask such a question when we can simply take copious amounts of illicit substances! Also, there is other, less appealing things like… love. And companionship… Mushrooms? I almost fell asleep. Just do drugs.
A question, if I may?
Is there any moral code, line or barrier that you have had to cross in Fallen London that you wouldn’t have on The Surface (assuming you were a surface dweller.)

That’s quite likely. While my memories of the Surface (or, indeed, everything else) are not to be trusted these days, I’ll never forget the liberating agony of breaking a once-unbreakable moral principle. Like pulling out rotten teeth out of your heart.
Have you ever been to Mutton Island? If yes, what do you think of their customs?
I’m planning a trip there this very week, again. I like to listen to the wind. Their custom are… worrisome.

I have been hoarding broken chemistry glassware to make a new home laboratory. This residence will be truly home as soon as I find a cheap substitute to a Bunsen burner (no, I WILL NOT buy hydrogen from devils). I am considering writing Correspondence sygils on garbage.
Do your pets live as spoiled children or you make them earn their stay?

Neither. My pets are grown animals, free to come and go as they like. I offer them food and shelter in return for the privilege of their company.
Do you have any bias or biases that changed after spending time in the Neath?
Of course, I used to think that life had no meaning. Now I know it for a fact.
A question, if I may?
When you cannot trust yourself, your government or your weapon, who do you turn to?

Dirae Erinyes: My wife of course! Provided nobody kills this one. . .
Evensong: I’m really not planning on dying any time soon. Of course I have my spouse and I have my cousins.
The bishop once posed a question. If there are devils, where are the angels? What do you think?
I think… they are not so very far away, and not entirely to be trusted. But perhaps that shouldn’t bother us very much. After all, an angel’s just a fairy with a badge and an expense account. Perhaps it’s safest to defer to no greater authority than the bootmaker.
A question for you… is there anyone among Fallen London’s locals you’d consider a dear friend? Someone you’d share your confidences with, on a quiet evening?
My friend Maria has been quiet indispensable as a friend lately. My former tutor, Baz. And… maybe Nevermore, my Raven. He’s a devious one, so she probably has enough ammunition against me already.

When you look up at the ceiling of the Neath, what do you think to yourself?

“Where do those dirigibles land? And more importantly, what are they doing up there in the first place?”
And now I need answers.
Do you trust the brass embassy?
Dirae Erinyes: “No. The fact that we could go in circles debating their motives make them untrustworthy. With clarity comes trust.”
Evensong: “Never trust anyone who is that charming.”
Question: How did you get recruited/ find employment/ hunt down and forced your way into your occupation?
I started on my career path as a Campaigner because I wanted to make the world a better place. I became a Glassman when I discovered what the world down here actually WAS.
Are you as scared of mirrors as everyone and his bootblack tells you to be?
I walked into the main living quarter of Newgate, looked for the most powerful man there, and killed his most hated enemy. Then I just went on from there.
I’m surely not scared of mirrors! I don’t put much stock in personal appearance.
Question.
What do you seek to gain from your employment? Is it your true calling, or just a way to earn your crust?

A rose garden in Hell.
Which port would you most like to visit outside of London?
My sister Malice highly recommends the Isle of Cats. You two should get along famously Lamea. But my memories of the place are more negative, I could not stay there.
So my answer is Irem. I will to return from whence I shall come and I shall slay the Fingerking that will rule that place – I am made of Endings, to Endings I shall return, and I will bring an Ending with me. If I will not discover how to accomplish that task then I should choose to return to Pigmote Island – the Cavies and the Rattus Faber are a noble people, and their Kingdom quite civilized – though they both smell so tauntingly delicious…
Now, a question:
What is the most interesting thing you have seen in the Mirror Marches?

Now if I am to be honest here, and of course I always am, I cannot say I’ve heard of or been to these Mirror Marches. The only thing I’ve done with mirrors is of course looked into them, and through them. But I suppose that is another matter entirely. You may want to be careful, peering into mirrors. You may not always like what you see.
My question for the masses, or the one who comes after me;
How do you take your secrets? Like bitter coffee, or frighteningly aged wine? Can you sip them in public or are they a nasty habit?
Wait, secrets you horde on others or your own secrets?
I take my secrets like lightning bugs, vibrant and ephemeral, flitting here and there as the winds of society are wont to blow them. Some I keep overlong, and their glow slowly sputters out into nothingness – entropy and irrelevance. Others I share too quickly before they have a chance to mature into a proper, smouldering intrigue, motes of scandal and sin too soon snuffed out from overexposure. Some I swallow whole and they burn in my gut, the knowing, the knowing, the knowing, always wanting to be free. Some unravel into ribbons of insignificance, confetti of forgotten truths littering my mind, so shredded by time that I may never piece them together again. Others glow brighter as their brothers and sisters die off in the minds of others, eventually turning into quite pinpricks of shining darkness all mine own.
I take my secrets as they come. For my pleasure, for my pain, for my sins, and for my gain.
Now a question: The Rubbery Men, what think you of these curious creatures wandering London’s dark-lit streets?
I think they should be allowed to do as they please in society without fear of abuse or distaste. However, I do not like that I know little of their motive, and my opnion may change if I find theirs to be a ill one.
When you are not dealing with major events like going out to Zee or crazy cannibals, how do you like to pass the time?
edited by Kylestien on 4/21/2016
Ah, how I envy you. I hardly have time to have a good meal between running Flowerdene Street and attending functionaries in Veilgarden. However, a good wine is always welcome. Enjoying the company of others is taxing on the heart, so I often just have a day of sleep when I can manage it.
A question, if I may?
Out of all the major districts in London, where do you spend most of your time?
