Forum game: Ask the character!

@Amyntas
Repying party Suheyla(My alt): I like my body parts. But since we are talking about eternal life and the thing I surrender will not kill me, I would be willing to surrender my heart. Mybe some of my memory, there are things I rather forget.
@Viti Rose
Replying party Suhe(My main): Why should I care about someone. I care about things and people who can get me things.
Question: If you had the chance to become a master what will you do? If you had the chance to kill a master of your choice permenantly, which one would you kill and why?

Flesh-Stick: WHO DO I CARE ABOUT MOST? THE SCARRED NATURALIST.

WHICH MASTER WOULD I KILL? MR. VEILS. Iā€™VEā€¦ALREADY GIVEN THE REASON WHY.

IF I HAD A CHANCE TO BECOME A MASTER Iā€™D SAY NO OR KILL MYSELF. I HATE THE MASTERS. THEYā€¦theyā€¦they take away the things you loveā€¦sniffle

sniffle

soā€¦whose death do you regret the most?

sniffle

The Cheesemongerā€™s. We could have been more than allies, but you cannot bend the rules of the Great Game!

Daughter? What daughter? I donā€™t know what youā€™re talking about. And I would advise you never to talk about it again!

Do you have any ethical or moral principles that you would never compromise? If so, which and why?

I have not thought on that question for a long time. I was gentle when first I descended to the Neath. I had many principles, and stood with every downtrodden creature I witnessed. How much has changed since then. Now I see the Mastersā€™ choking grip, and know that any price is worth prying off their wretched fingers. For long, long years I still let lovers and romantics slip past my knife. How deep must I have drowned in sentiment, to let the Bazaar feed at my expense.

No. The answer is no.

&ā€”

You stand on a knifeā€™s edge, one small breeze away from an irreversible plummet. What brought you here? What is your greatest weakness?

Curiosity. I want to know what will happen if I jump! Whatā€™s at the bottom?! There could be cake?! (Thereā€™s probably not cakeā€¦ :( )

What can you see looking out from your Lodgings window?

Flesh-Stick: I SEE MY WINSOME DISPOSSESED ORPHAN CLIMBING DOWN THE WALLS USING A ROPE MADE OUT SILK SCRAPSā€¦IS THAT MY THIRSTY BOMBARDMENT SCRAP IN THERE, BORT??? YOUā€™D BETTER GET BACK IN YOUR ROOM RIGHT NOW OR YOUā€™RE GONNA BE GROUNDED FOR TWO MONTHS INSTEAD OF JUST ONE! LITTLE BRAT IS ALWAYS STEALING MY LAUDENUM. I KNOW Iā€™M TRYING TO QUIT THE STUFF, BUT ITā€™S THE PRINCIPLE OF THE THING!

UHā€¦SO, WHAT COMPANION THAT YOUā€™RE LOCKED OUT OF (CONNECTED PET, MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE, RETIRED, ETC.) DO YOU WISH YOU COULD GET?

Keep my worst memory. Itā€™s what let to me to some of my best.
What is currently outside my window is a swarm of bats. Again. Maybe I should clean the attic out for them to live in, instead of my windows.
The turtle. It makes me laugh. But Iā€™m too kind hearted to give up my dog.

Question: Valentineā€™s day is coming up. What are you doing to prepare?

But is Vengeance ever truly worth it? Even if you swore an Oath to do so, does it ever make a difference in the End?

I believe so. I must believe so. Those who are not punished will only commit such acts in the future. They must be taught the consequences of their action. Though, vengeance and death in a place like this. . .is not straightforward. Especially for certain beings.

Maybe in the End they will finally rest and we both can discover what itā€™s like to longer be haunted. To give them peace when we cannot give them back life.

Perhaps I am a romantic. Iā€™ve been accused of such.

As for my question, I will go for a lighter vain.
Whatā€™s your favorite part of the Mrs. Plentyā€™s carnival?

HEARTā€™S MIRROR

Whatā€™s your favorite way to undermine foolish attempts at joy and laughter?

Make a horrible (I would describe it as good) pun. It is the only type of humor that I have found to silence a room of laughter. I really donā€™t understand why. Some are prettyā€¦ Punny.

Sorry for that. Anyway, what I would like to inquire is this: Is there a goal that you have been working towards recently, and if so, what is it?

Yes, as a matter of fact. Socialising. 'Tis the season for it, after all. Iā€™m inviting a great many friends to dinner, coffee, and salons.

Would you like to meet for coffee, too? Please do let me know, Iā€™d be more than happy to meet you.

(OOC: I do mean that. Please send DragonRidingSorceress coffee invites if youā€™ve got free actions - Iā€™m trying to get another level of Notability before Time rolls around on Tuesday.)

What would be the most helpful thing someone could do for you right now?

I would be ever so grateful if someone would do away with my nuisance of an aunt. Preferably permanently. Even on the Surface she is nothing but trouble.

Whatā€™s the least helpful thing anyone has ever done for - or to - you?

ā€¦ Promise me my husband then use that promise to take my soul and practically enslave me to a contract that no matter how hard I try I canā€™t get out of. Iā€™m stuck with a contract that I got into because I loved someone and the best part is that Iā€™ve forgotten how to feel love anymore and the only hope I have is to find him in some vain attempt that maybe just maybe heā€™ll remind me of what emotions feel like.

If you could reverse the clock and change your choicesā€¦ what would you change?

Most definitely siding with the Last Constable. The ungrateful so and so! She never even responds to my letters!

Possibly asked before? But worth repeating I think. What is your favorite Neathy night-cap?

No caps, wearable or drinkable.

What is your position on Snuffers?

Hmm! It can certainly be difficult to choose! A dry sherry before bed, naturally, both delicious and veritably medicinal. Fine roasted coffee, brewed and brought to a pearly whiteness with light milk in the Algerian style, if one must avoid alcohol. An infusion can be made with thinly sliced ginger root, the flavour of the resulting concoction resembles the urine of ruminants to some degree but is not without its charm. A flame applied to high quality boot polish will render it into a liquid that I find IRRESISTIBLE, it has an EXTRAORDINARY creaminess upon the palate.

Hmm! HMM! HOT GOATS BLOOD WITH BITTER HERBS ON VERY COLD NIGHTS, HOLLY AND HEMLOCK AND TANNIS ROOT! WELL WATER DRAWN WITH AN IRON BUCKET, WELL BOILED AND WELL SALTED! ENGINE OIL COOLED BY THE ZEE! A DRAM OF AMMONIA! A TINCTURE OF RAT BONES!

SO!

WHY IS WATER?

Preferably on the other side of its cageā€™s bars.

BECAUSE ITā€™S WET!!

What is your favourite of all the tattoos soon to be offered by the Lady in Lilac? And why is that one your favourite? (Excluding the Nomen one)

The Name, of course. A bill must be paid, a matter settled, and though it has been suspended it cannot be postponed indefinitely. Not in the end. Not for long.

You have two choices: a quiet life in utter seclusion and relative safety or a life of fame, prominence, and notoriety. You cannot have it both ways. Which do you choose?

That dratted Writer is nearly impossible to find. Every time I get a lead, I lose it!

The citizens of Fallen London are so very fond of stories, you know. They write them all the time. If someone were to write one involving you tomorrow, would you rather be the hero or the villain?
