Just a quick Evolution moodboard:
Processing the Youthful Naturalist’s story (in addition to all that) also motivates me to write/draw/make something in memory of all my relatives who passed away.
Plus the involvement of the Bishop of St Fiacre’s makes me remember Heart’s Desire → the Manager (not like I ever forget him, huh) → despair of wishing to save a dying loved one, and inability to get over it long after, and depression (theirs too, in my latter case), and so on.
Though I don’t know exactly what. Yet. But I guess I really need to think about it.

Another of my player characters: the Possessed* Pirate**
1 – (not actually possessed; it’s consensual cohabitation)
2 – (not actually a pirate; law just needs an official excuse to hunt him without disclosing the existence of dark Judgements and a thriving Liberated land with ways to there right in the Unterzee)
Pictured: his future in Sunless Skies when he will give his remaining eye to the spider-senate in the White Well, and will move his eyepatch to the opposite side, finally revealing the mark of the Halved and relying on its alien vision.

For Hallowmas: my character donning the Masque of the Red Death – perfect for attending without invitations, especially the Red-and-Gold Gala at the Royal Bethlehem Hotel with its unreality-within-reality fitting this reference-within-reference. (I have a whole fic about that, yes.)
