Subscription does not seem to have renewed automatically for the month. When I click on subscribe to check it, I get a message saying ‘You have already subscribed. Your Exceptional Friendship will be renewed 7 hours ago’. Only 20 candles showing up. Hmmm…

[color=#C2B280]There’s an issue with subscriptions that can cause Exceptional Friendship to lapse for up to several hours in some cases on the day of renewal. With just a little luck, we’ll have a fix for this today – but no promises just yet.
Edit: the fix is now in. If anyone else encounters this issue, it would be great if you could email us at support@failbettergames.com so we can put things right.[/color]
