Where do I find elemental secrets?
One obvious way is to get it from the Noman’s progress (although you might need to wait till the next Neathmas for this).
There are Fate-locked ways — one example is expedition to the Gallery of Serpents, which sometimes brings a couple of those.
Another fate locked way is as a reward from one of the neathmas factions you can work with(don’t remember the factions that give you one but you can easily look it up).
