If you picked a home comfort, you cannot pick a companion. You will have to get rid of your comfort first.

Don’t mean to revive an old thread, but can someone confirm this still applies? I just secured the voluminous library and was pondering a companion.

Urthdigger doesn’t mean all Home Comforts and Companions - just those offered by the Foreign Office. You can have as many Home Comforts as you like and still have a Companion, but you can only get one item total from the Foreign Office, and you have to return your current one before you can change to another.

I’ve since discovered all of the Connected descriptors and I am at them all. Revolutionaries 150+ is A Demagogue.
