Maxwell is an Agitator and he’s been able to give donations, but not ask for them. Seems only Campaigners can ask for donations, but there’s no limit on -who- they can ask.

I forgot to add that I’m a Campaigner. My alt, Deranged Seeker, will be an agitator once he’s done fasting and meditating.
