I finally finished his quest and was looking forward to having him around, but I can’t seem to find him at any of the ports where other officers are, or that I would expect. Does anyone know where we got off to?
I didn’t get the Caring Conductor, so all his stats reset. But I found him in Brabazon Workworld. Try there maybe?
For me, he showed up in London, but only on the SECOND visit.
