I suspect you did it early enough so if you still have the university ahead of you just do that grind and you should find you watchful back to its old hights
Expeditions, chess and burning Nisights at your lodgings will also help.
I mostly recommend Chess, if you’ve got someone reliable to play against–preferably someone you’ll lose to, so that you can get more Sudden Insights.
