Best way to grind shadowy when you are nearing 200

I haven’t had much luck searching the forum history, so…what’s the best way to grind shadowy when you are nearing 200? I’m trying to break into Iron’s warehouse after spending too much time in the Nadir, and this is taking forever. I’ve been hanging out in Mahogany Hall, but that seems to only give +1 or 2 points per action. Is there anything better other than waiting for trade secrets?

The loitering social action, then burning the second chances for shadowy.

Trading Favours with certain factions, if you have them.

Gain Casing from one of the newer pieces of content (Helicon or Parabola), and then sell secrets in the Flit.
