Well, looks like I’ll be flipping all my cards at the Docks for the next few weeks :P
I backed Sunless Sea (looks great so far by the way) and have just had this card show up.
It’s saying "If you connect Sunless Sea to this account, you’ll receive a little extra advantage", and I’m all about the extra advantages!
How do I go about linking accounts? Or is it automatic, I use the same e-mail address on KS and FL.
Also, while I’m here, is there any way to up my pledge? I’m at the £15 level, but whatever a Parabolan Panther is, I now think I want one;)

I’m a backer and I have multiple FL accounts - would I be able to link both to my Sunless Sea account?
My main account is linked to my twitter, another to my sunless sea using email, so can’t even combine. Don’t mind not getting on more than one FL account, but would be nice if it were on my main…
Can you change the email address on your alt so you can link the email on your main?

I’d have to create another email address. I guess I could …
None of my characters have been to Zee, though all three of them have ships. And the one who shares an email address with my kickstarter account is the one who’s not leaving the Fifth City anytime soon. Drat.
Is an address swap the one functional workaround, or can accounts be linked without matching email?

So apparently having a ship is enough. And since the extra text is unlocked in Sunless Sea, I don’t see why it would matter if your Fallen London characters go out to zee or not.
You can use the access code in the original backer email to link to another account, if you like. (In the release version, players will have unique access codes, but we’ll probably allow 3-4 uses per code to avoid frustration.)
Does the second option not provide a Sunless Sea advantage? It looks a little more exciting, but it’d be a shame if I permanently locked myself out of a SS boost.
It doesn’t, but the card will show up again if you play it so you aren’t permanently locked out of the Sunless Sea boost if you play the other option.
Sigh. Juggled email accounts to link to my main, and then realised I’ve sold everything in my goat attempt, so can’t use either option. I’m an idiot.*
*starting to think this should go in my sig.
Oh. And the card is non-discardable. That will sit nicely alongside my suspicion non-discardable. Good thing I’ve got a 5 card lodging.

This will teach me to delete things from my mailbox with alarming regularity. I’m pretty sure I no longer have that message. That’s all good. I can wait for the release version and link my alt up then.
Thank you!
Finally took the first option on that card to link through FL. I like how the in-game text mentions getting advice from someone who’s had the experience of at least one trip out to zee (Ha!).
Although it looks like the game keeps all its files in one place - looks that way; maybe ‘d be more apparent to the contrary if playing in merciful mode? - it seems that updating the game has to be done individually for every computer user account that has access to run it. Since they have their respective autosaves and all. I’ve done it for two users, and there’s a third I’ve confirmed hasn’t been affected. Used the access code when linking to FL account after three or four short captains’ worth of gameplay in the previous iteration and subsequently logged in to "Get New Stories" a second time and then neglected to do so for the last instance. (Patching a single player game? A bit of hesitation where infinite monies are involved.)
On the Fallen London side of things, I card-flipped in Wolfstack a good long while to the detriment of my characters’ finances. 4/7 times spending five actions I’ve managed to get beetles instead of a whirring contraption. Not exactly profitable either way, but for underwriting voyages that’s to be expected.
