Am I Missing Something? Regarding Monster-Breeding

Salutations, all. I have been an attendee of the Labyrinth of Tigers for some time now. In addition, I have been tasked with a certain Monster-Breeding programme from a certain bishop for quite a while as well. However, this task seems to not have anything to do but breeding beasts. I have yet to encounter any further story developments or any other occurrences beyond the grind of catching beasts and preparing them for breeding.

In addition, while I know there isn’t much that should be said of Fate-locked content, I did purchase

The Formula for Empyrean Redolence and have used it as much as I believe you can. Nonetheless, even after breeding what seemed to be the final monster, I haven’t encountered any new story content. The Fate option mentioned discovering the Bishop’s true plans with monsters, but I have yet to see any way to actually experience anything new beyond new monster types. Am I somehow missing an entire new section of the story? I would hate to be missing out on content simply because of overlooking it, but I haven’t seen anything else aside from new monsters.

There is an opp card unlocked when you have the Stallion. If you’ve played that, and the few opp cards following from it, you’ve seen it all. The story is still unfinished.

If the Bishop hasn’t talked to you about his big plan, then you are not done. Keep riding your stallion around until you run into him. You’ll know the conversation; it’s the one where you don’t end up covered in spittle.

If you want to make sure you’ve bred all the Empyrean Redolence monsters, there are five in total - the last is bred elsewhere. The five are:

Ocular Toadbeast, Corresponding Ocelot, Slavering Dream-Hound, Obdurate Stallion, and Bifurcated Owl
