The Church/Bohemian conflict card can do what you’re asking for that without much trouble. I mean, you’ll probably need to wait to draw the card twice, but that’s not that hard unless you’re in a huge hurry for some reason.
In the Palace, go to Entry to the Duchess’ salon, and then Publish Poetry in Praise of the Duchess. Gives 22 CP of Connected: Bohemians.
