When trying to sail south into Adam’s Way, the game informs you that living ships can survive it - but does having a living ship actually make a difference? Last time I tried sailing through with the Cladery Heart, encountered a 70% veils challenge, failed and instantly died on an otherwise very good run. I took the exact precaution the game told me to and still got completely destroyed. This was pretty damn frustrating, enough that I broke my no-spoilers rule and looked it up, but I still couldn’t find a satisfactory answer as to whether or not the Cladery Heart actually makes things easier. Is the challenge, and the result, the same regardless of whether or not you’re sailing the Cladery Heart or a regular ship?
It does not make a difference.
