The default here is for drawing cards to cost 1 point. What I’d like to do is have it cost 0 points (but all sometimes cards will cost one nex to play on the card itself). This eliminates the bias I’ve seen in games other than Fallen London for the player to play Sometimes cards as often as possible, since they get 3 actions per point, compared to one action per point for pinned cards.
Any way to do this? If not, any clever way to refund the point for drawing or some such?
