A Scandalous Soiree

I noticed today that when you &quotArrange a soiree on neutral ground&quot using your Copper Cipher Ring, you get +2 CP of Scandal. Yes, a few of your guests have traded kisses as opposed to coded messages, as would be usual. But surely these are the very people who are used to keeping secrets! Why is it that London is scandalised over something which, one assumes and expects, would never be discussed?

I should assume that one of the clever things done to protect everyone at said soiree is to give anyone who might hear that a gathering was occuring the idea that it was just a regular rude n’ scandalous party with absolutely no secrets whatsoever.

It even has the merit of being true in this particular case.
