A Celebration of Love and Gifts Approaches

That was what I was referring to in my previous post. If you are married to another player you have the following options all year:

  • Invite your spouse to an indulgent evening out
  • Invite your spouse out for a decorous evening
  • Invite your spouse to join you in sampling Prisoner’s Honey (this is fate-locked)

For each of these options your spouse can decide what they want to do specifically. E.g. for the indulgent evening you can go to the Parlour of Virtue, to the Carnival, or you can stay at home. If you go to the honey-dens, you have the choice between two romantic things to do in Parabola and let a honey-mazed poet tell you about erotic adventures in realm of dreams.

I did not know that. Thanks. Clearly I need to consider divorcing the Attache.

Personally, as someone with an actual aversion to the idea of marrying a player, my highly informational addition to this thread is:

Canny Costermonger Marriage or bust.

For some very strange reason, other spouses have date cards. The spy-related fate-locked two (including the attache) do not for some very weird reason.

Yeah, I was kinda disappointed when I married the Intriguer before leaving for Port Carnelian, expecting to do fun things there or back in London, and the only new option was to divorce her.

Real life made me take a break from the game for the past couple of months, but the rumours of new NPC marriage made me hurry back. Here’s hoping I’ll finally be able to make things official with the Pirate Poet.

Let’s see what we will have in ~two hours.

Do we have a thread yet to exchange gifts ?

Seems yep

Thank you !

I feel that, as someone who has 50 renown with Devils, that I shouldn’t have to sneak into their ball. Seems like an oversight to me.
