In your Journal tab, I presume fortluna means. Journal keeps track of a whole bunch of story stuff, and typically shows more information if you hover over the story icon or expand the entire subcategory under which a particular story/quality/whateverthehellyouwanttocallit is listed.

Yeah - or if you have an interaction with her, there's one or two by the Go button that sometimes shows other options that can be very descriptive.
