In search of a Stiff Drink Storyline

Good Day Denizens of the Neath

I'm getting close to my endgame, what with all qualities near max and easily capped with clothing & accessories, so I was trying to cover up a few stories. One that I am interested in is the "In Search of a Stiff Drink Storyline" which I left off earlier because I did not have enough fate to unlock it's content. Now I am concerned that I can no longer access it because I out leveled the content. It's based on a set of bronze cards so I was hoping that by hanging around Spite and flipping cards I might be able to come across it again.

Am I wrong on this account? The reason I am interested is that I want to delve into the Widow's back-story and the fate unlock is cheap, 3 fate.
