I got a really nice e-mail from the people at Failbetter Games saying "If you have an existing Fallen London account that uses Facebook to Login. You can easily add an email address to your account which should fix the issue for you "
But I can't find where to do think (headdesk) Anybody know?

Up on the header you should see your character's name. Hover your mouse over it, and click Edit Your Account. You can link an email through there.
