As others have listed, each point of BDR decreases the needed MW level by 4. So always equip your best BDR gear before calling on the Amanuensis. Surely each point of BDR decreases the needed MW level by 1? While each level of Notability increases the needed MW level by 4?
As for the Celebrated Artist's Model, I have always been curious about the frequency of that card. Would you mind sharing it with us? Perhaps even add it to the wiki?

You're absolutely correct about the MW calculation. My mistake! Fixed it.
Regarding the Celebrated Artist's Model, I'm 99% sure it's Standard frequency (I'll confirm next time it shows up and update the wiki). But I think we all see that not all "Standard frequency" cards show up at the same actual frequency. The Celebrated Artist's Model card shows up *a lot* for me and always have.

Thanks! It sounds like it might show up three times per day then, on average? About as often as the faction conflict cards... or as often as the pre-committed Artist's Model card? I should've thought of that.
The Master Jewel-Thief only shows up a few times every week, and then he demands an unspecified number of Actions and Hastily Scrawled Warning Notes to pull off a challenging theft. Clearly I bet on the wrong horse when chasing Echoes. And I thought stealing diamonds would be fun! Now I hate his smug face whenever it appears. My aggravation is immense.

While waiting for the card to re-appear to confirm, it occurred to me that it would be useful if the wiki would have automatically added a "missing frequency" tag to any card page without a listed frequency (except perhaps for auto-fire cards).
Can any of the wiki gurus do anything regarding this?

This would be easy to add. It might mean we'd have to rewrite quite a few of the categories into the template, as some pages would appear in more than one category, though.

So I've just received again the Promenade with the Celebrated Artist's Model card, an apparently it's frequency is "VeryInfrequent".
This is surprising to me, since, as I've said, I see this card at least twice a day (the same for alts, too). It must be a fairly frequent "VeryInfrequent" card. I'll start taking notes and count actual number of appearances over a period of time.

I was about to ask you about this now that I noticed the frequency in the wiki, so thank you for already being on the case! It's very clear to me that some standard frequency cards are less common than some other standard frequency cards. I draw Bandages and Dust: The Tomb-Colonies about once every day (240 times in the last 230 days it looks like), but I draw a bunch of other standard frequency cards about three times every day, on average.

There is definitely some variance to the actual frequency of cards with the same listed Frequency. I still get the Promenade card roughly 2 times a day (in fact, earlier today I've received it twice back to back :-))
Other Very Infrequent cards are less common for me - e.g. I see the Portly Sommelier roughly 1-2 times a week (though I haven't actually counted, so this is based on gut feeling).
