Where is Adam's way?

I know locations are randomized now but most islands seem to have a general vicinity that they're supposed to be in. Is Adam's Way an Island, a place on the south coast? Or what? I have a Load of Sphinxstone I'm trying to get there and it's eating up most of my hold space which limits my ability to explore until I can get rid of it. This is what I get for not playing for a few months. :/

Adam's Way is on the south coast - somewhere around the middle section of it. I don't know if you can actually take the Sphinxstone up Adam's Way when I did it I dropped it off in the nearby port - Apis Meet.
