This year, I'm going to try to get a Noman and keep it alive long enough to get an elemental secret.
But I don't know how to actually do that.
Does anyone have any advice/suggestions?

Draw cards frequently and hope for the best. You can give it any extra pails of lacre you have to get some extra life as well, which is probably your best bet to keep it alive for an extra week.

Do I have to keep it alive until the Feast of the Rose?
Or do I just need to increase Noman knows to 15?
And is it possible to have two Noman at once?

You just need to raise Noman Knows to the right level. After that you can use the same card to claim the Elemental Secret.
No, it is not possible to have two at once.

Okay. I did some reading, and it looks like I could get a special reward or something by keeping the Noman alive until the Feat of the Rose. Can anyone comment on whether or not the reward is worth it?

I don't think anybody's done it yet, but the only Noman related option I saw then was a tattoo. Couldn't pick it since my Noman was long since melted, but unless there's some extra stuff along with it I doubt it's worth all the hassle.

Yeah, unfortunately they trumped my big plan to get my Noman to the end of the Feast of the Exceptional Rose. That along with how harsh the melting rates were towards the end completely discouraged me from bothering this year. Good luck to those attempting, though! May someone succeed despite the odds.
